Wendy Fontaine

wendy-fontaineWendy Fontaine is a writer and professor in southern California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in creative writing from Antioch University Los Angeles. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Readers Digest, Brain Child Magazine, Huffington Post, Role Reboot, Literary Mama, Hippocampus Magazine and other international publications. Currently, she teaches journalism at Pepperdine University in Malibu and is working on her first book, a memoir.

Wendy’s research regarding memory malfunction and its usefulness in memoir was recently published in Assay: A Journal of Nonfiction Studies.
